For showing me the link and yes it does show CLB as L-10, R-10, W-8, S-10 but how did u arrive at CLB 9.5 ?? Can u plz tell me??

9.5 is average of all of your score. Did you got your PR with this score? What is your current status already reached Canada?

I am yet to PR and any yet to reach canada .. My immigration agency is yet to update.. what is your status ??

I just check your score online by CLB converter it is very good score and it come out to be 9.5 on CLB scale. How you got your CLB score as 8 with the given figures? I don't understand. You can check the link here

One requires CLB9 in each of 4 sections to get the additional 50 points for skill transferability. Average CLB score is of no use
