I took the academic test (as all the general test dates were booked). I think the reading part was the most difficult of all and needs a lot of concentration. You should try reading some newspaper/magazine columns, editorials etc. It has a lot of long paragraphs and you need to concentrate to answer the questions. They ask you to write 2 essays (20+40 mins each). For speaking part, my interviewer was a nice/charming lady, so i got a little bit frank with her initially, just to make myself comfortable and to get rid of tension, she asked simple questions, so try to be confident, answer your name, where do you live kind of questions confidently. I did not prepare for the test essentially, except for listening to the News/TV etc, reading newspapers, magazines etc and speaking to my colleagues in English.
