How much more funds if GIC & tuition paid?

If one have already paid 1 year tuition fees and got GIC $10,000 -
what would be the answer for Question 5 (under details of intended study) - Funds available for my stay?

Do we mention amount available plus above paid amount?

one sem fees + gic

didn't show any bank statement and itr just written yearly income 9.5lakh .. i got my visa within 10 days

my sister applied under sds category. she paid one yr tuition and 10000 gic. then she submitted a financial support letter from our uncle who is paying for her schooling. my uncle also provided proof of funds (work cert, bank acct, tax papers) in support of this. hope this will help.
