I got admission in UPEI Canada. i have paid first year tuition fees and also paid GIC amount. i have applied for student loan for the 2nd year to 4th year expenses , it will be sanctioned soon. should i wait till the sanctioning is approved for applying of visa or can i apply for visa now itself with the above two proof funds( i.e. tuition fee receipt and GIC) further is it necessary to show bank balance even after paying tuition fees and GIC.
