Hey! I applied to become a Permanent Resident on September 2012. I would like to start working. I found out I could apply for working visa right now while waiting for other papers. Can someone explain to me how much I have to pay? Is it 150 or 550? I'm from Poland and over 22. Thank you :)

If you applied Inland, you can apply for an Open Work Permit once you get AIP/Stage 1 Approval/Sponsor Approval (all the same terms for one thing).

It's $150 and make sure you reference your PR application with proof when you mail the OWP application in.

should be 150 CAD, which is 465 in Polish Curency.

that varies unfortunately. I've heard 2 weeks before though.

Thank you so much, do you know how long does it take to get work permit after I apply?

You can check here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp

Online is about two months.
