Yes, if you read the form IMM5481 Sponsorship Evaluation carefully, there is a box requiring you to submit the original option C printout from the Canada Revenue Agency, and if applicable, evidence of your employment.

And then in the Document Checklist, item 17, also states that you are required to submit the option C printout. If you don't provide, then provide an explanation letter on a separate sheet of paper.

I didn't find anything regarding Option C print out anywhere in PR check list or document. Still I need to send it?

I called on that number. operator asked me for which year you want option c printout. I said 2007 to 2009.

I am here from 2007. So Am I correct?

I just realised it now.

can any1 help me with my above concern?

thanks

That logic seems right to me. Did you file for the year 2007 or did you wait till 2008?

hey

I filed for tax year 2007, 2008 and 2009 and for these years I have notice of assessment in 2008, 2009 and 2010 respectively.

Let me know if I need to call them again as I got confused.

Thanks

For me, that sounds like what I would have asked for. I think your fine.

thanks a lot.

I have not yet filed for 2009 (I am going to file today or tommorow). I was travelling and living with my wife after our marriage (Aug 2009), and thus had no income. I am a Canadian citizen living Abroad at the moment and will return to a job in Canada (October). Should I wait for it to go into the system (after I file) to get the option C printout, or should I simply attach an extra sheet explaining my situation.

Thanks for your help

In your case, I would suggest you simply attach an extra sheet explaining your situation

ugh.

i have been overseas so long that i forgot to file taxes and i'm now having a hard time finding an place to get them done. I worked with two different companies this year, but only got a T4 slip for one of the companies and was only working there for 2 months.

would a record of employment help at all? i don't have pay slips from any of my employers as i got them all electronically (internal, not through my hotmail or anything)

concrete,

can you tell us more about yourself?

I have got a letter from cra after I requested Option C print out. But I didnt find its name anywhere.

It only says income tax return information.
thanks
