How much French do I need to learn.

I have bad academics but still 63-64% in B-Tech from Delhi/India. I am very determined to move to Canada and keeping Quebec skilled persons as plan B if my visa for studies is refused.

I have started learning french. Please tell me which level I need to reach to have a good chance to move to Quebec?
B2 or C1

Should I go for master somewhere else if I don't get study visa?

with B2 you get good chances... of course language is not the only thing they take into consideration but B2 definitely helps a lot
