I am having some issues, and I am curious as to how much you paid for your Upfront medical? Just the doctors exam., so exclude any fees for x-ray, blod tests ets., pure exam

It would be great if you can writte the country where you have done your exam.

Mine was done in Croatia
Medical exam fee, for 2 adults and 2 children ( ages 8 and 2 ) was 1333 CAD.
On top of this fee, we had to pay separate fee for HIV, HCV, and other blood tests.

I really appreciate your answer!

No offence Yelena but that's a rip-off! :o In Poland I paid 500 cad for 2 adults and 2 kids (2 & 5 yrs old), including all hiv and x-rays fees.

Here in Brazil I paid around 100 CAD per person.

did mine in Toronto $211 CAD total for everything.
Can't remember the breakdown, think $11 was for bloods. $140 for the doctor and $60 for the x-ray but I'm not 100% on that.

Got it all back through work insurance

I guess i beat every one on this forum.
Mine was in Zurich and it was 525 CHF or about 714 CAD per person.

In Nepal 120 USD per person which included all the tests.

Mine was $280 CAD and 100$ out of those was X-ray, did it in Vancouver . Doctor + blood, urine test were paid together and i dont know a breakdown

I paid today 120 CAD for medical exam plus HIV and syphilis tests, and 25 CAD extra for X-ray in Poland.

700 CAD in fort McMurray . complete rip off!!

Here in Chicago there are 2 agencies and they are charging $400 and $450 per person.
I believe this is a rip off and there is no insurance coverage for these tests.
But Healthcare is super expensive here in the US and small tests are charged for $500 to $1000.

Mine was in Edmonton Canada, I paid 250$ for medical exam and another 150 for X-Ray and Lab Tests. It looks like it differ from country to country :o
