Pre-Assessed..
Hello , i'm new Immigrant Du Quebec , i want to know how many years of living in Canada required so that i can apply for Canadian citizenship ????

- i heard 3 years in Quebec
- while 5 years in federal places

can anyone confirm ???

As per the CIC website:

Time lived in Canada

To become Canadian citizens, adults must have lived in Canada for at least three years (1,095 days) in the past four years before applying. Children under the age of 18 do not need to meet this requirement.

You may be able to count time you spent in Canada before you became a permanent resident if that time falls within the four-year period.

Thanks sir for your reply , can you confirm about this question too :

Can some one apply after 3 years of continuous stay? Or he shall have to wait for 4 years to apply?

You can apply after 3 years of continuous stay. As soon as you have 1095 days in Canada as a PR, as long as they all fall within the period of last 4 years, you can apply.
