I got refused 2 times for not having enough funds, so on my first attempt i will pay tuition for the first semester to prove that i do have enough funds, but if it still gets refused, should i just quit and persue a different country?

I dont think they admit students on summer semesters, thats why i need to postpone admission till september

That's not true at all...to secure your decision make sure you submit strong evidence of the following three
1-Funds.
2-Home ties.
3- SOP.

Being an international student has two meanings regarding studying in Canada either getting Canadian credentials or staying for immigration purposes

And this is how they select the new settlers in Canada

Prove that you are a genuine student by having enough funds for at least one year of tuition fees + one year of living (approximately $10000 CAD) + other ($4000) .

Home ties like properties ownership..family relationship...etc not just by written words but official notarized evidences as well would be nice.

Sample of purpose letter of one page or two to explain why Canada

Trust me they don't mind international students at all but you need to follow their rules in order to study there
Read CIC carefully and take your time before you apply

I'm sure you rushed twice ...keep asking people everywhere to make the perfect form
