How many time I have to wait after submitting all of my requesting documents?

Thanks a lot for your valued information.

Just I want to ask that how many time it will take after gathering all of my documents as I already sent them based on their request before one month ago and till now I'm still waiting for their feedback as I didn't receive any reply.

Please advise.
