According to the following link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp

Master’s or PhD AND at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 25 points
Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor’s level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22 points
A university degree of two years or more at the Bachelor’s level, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 20

By the way you have written your description, I am not sure if "MASTERS" is a diploma or degree? I would think if it is a DEGREE then you would count 25 points.

If the Masters is a DIPLOMA it is another ball game. I don't know how they would count having two Bachelors degrees that are the same, so it could end up being either 20 or 22 points.

I hope you will clarify your Masters and perhaps some Seniors will give you the advantage of their experience, too. Good Luck.

That is right. And it is unlike other countries as from where I belong education does not get so prolonged. Once you are over with 17 years education , you are awarded by postgraduate degree.
