How many points of experience will I get? Please help

Hello:

Of the maximum 21 points that are granted for work experience, can anyone tell me how much would I get?

- I have 2 years of experience as a Software Lead Engineer.

Even though my job title doesn't say "Computer and Information Systems Managers" my job duties were those described under NOC 0213 duties.

- 1 and a half years of experience as a Software Engineer (NOC 02173)

- 6 months of experience as a Computer Programmer (NOC 2174)

Do I have to have 4 or more years of experience as a manager (or Lead Engineer in my case) in order to get the maximum 21 points or can add all the years of experience (2+1.5+0.5) that I have?

21 Points, if it makes 4 years or more.

So as long as my 4 or more years of experience fall under Skill level 0,A or B I can add all of them, right?

Years of experience on either skill level C or D do not count for skilled worker right?

I'm filling form IM0008 Economic Classes-Federal Skilled Workers but have a question:

Is there a problem if I list "Software Lead Engineer" with NOC code 0213 (Computer and Information Systems Managers)?

Or "Analyst programmer" as User Support Technicians (NOC code 2282).

Even though the company listed my job title as an analyst programmer my main duties were those of a user support technician and my main duties as a Software Lead Engineer were those of a Computer and Information Systems Manager.
