How many points for CEC?

I completed one year in Canada. One of my friends told me that for Intra company transfers, additional points are available. Is this correct?

For CEC you can claim extra points on completion of one year. on top of that you can claim extra points for job offer if you have since you on intra company transfer which is LMIA EXEMPT. but that job offer Conditions need to be met

Hi, I’m a CEC candidate, currently in the pool with 471 CRS. I did not include my back home experience since I thought it will be difficult for me to get the proof of work though I worked there for almost 3 years. However, I mentioned my back home work experience when I first applied for my Study permit. My current EE profile is going to expire on January 10, 2023. Now I’ve to create a new EE profile. will it be a problem if I claim my back home experience in my new profile? I also have 2 years of Canadian experience.

Your employer must give you a letter stating they will continue to employ you in your role for at least one year after you get PR.

So your employer just need to demonstrate that ur permanent staff with all benefits and their intention to continue with you.

in my case it was said mr. Xxx is employee of our company since with these roles, he has been provided with an extension in contract till date in anticipation of mr xxx getting permanent residence. we will consider granting him permanent offer at later stage.
i was with the company since year 2008 and have worked in 4 offices across globe. So I had very reasonable which was accepted and I was granted permanent residence
