yes，from Security and activity in notes，easily see the secury scureening.

In notes around page 10，Under security section，only name and UcI and others should be empty. and around page 50 under activity section，maybe from activity 1 to 3 or 5，it only has name and uci number and other lines empty.

Such situation is security screening

Can any senior member confirm this information? I do have blank info under security, and in activity 3 is not shown, activity 4 is security with blank stuff. activity 1 and 2 are criminality which goes from progress to passed in activity 1.

I ordered GCMS notes July 11th and still haven't received them. What date did u order them and what date did u receive them ?
