yahoo7 is right, however, some of the struggles come about when instructions are not followed properly. Some of the common struggles people have had are:
1. applications returned because forms are incomplete or there are gaps in personal history
2. no employment letter or incomplete information on the letter
3. incorrect NOC code
4. not meeting language requirements
5. misrepresentation

Firstly I advise you jake to .. BELIEVE in your abilities, you're making it look like you really don't have any hope and that you're the only person on this forum who is facing all the problems and nobody else is.
Secondly ... did u already apply for ur CEC PR or no?
