How many of you are close to or past the 6 month processing?

I am just coming up to 6 months processing time. No movement in my application since around October last year. I called CIC last week to update my new address and they said no change in my application state still processing background check. I am UK citizen inland applicant. I'm interested to see how many people are in the same boat as reading the August AOR and September AOR it seems CIC are very slow at processing applications. Some people get lucky and its all done within 2 months. I don't understand how others it takes 6 months? surely the cases are assessed in some sort of order.

I passed 6 months in October... still waiting for PPR, so yeah CIC has been slow

Their processing speed really slowed down since mid last year.
