Congrats. then you must get it processed by Monday if you are applying for May 2013 intake as deadline is 22nd March for wire transfer.

u guys must hav got in the securemail.. the confirmation ie the page containing Investment Directions,Welcome Package and some guide links as well
now.. please refer to ur confirmation attachment tht u must hav downloaded.. its a two page doc... on the second page u will see the name of the official of scotiabank.. ryt??
the place for signature n date .. but it has not been signed by anyone...is it the case in ur doc tooo???

then come down ... see where it is written tht 'By signing here u accept certain terms etc'.....blah blah... and then thr is place for ur signature n date..
My questions are:
1.IS THIS NORMAL NOT TO HAVE ANYBODY'S SIGN THR?
2. ARE WE TO SIGN THE COPY N THEN SUBMIT IT ALONG WITH THE VISA APPLICATION OR WITHOUT SIGNATURES????
3.ARE WE TO PUT ONLY THE CONFIRMATION DOC OR THE WELCOME PACKAGE ALSO HAS TO GO ALONG?

in first few Gic's they issue last intake have sign but after that there is no sign on it . So do worry i have same gic like u. And u have to only confirmation doc.

As of now, GIC is preferred option for University applicants. It is not compulsory though for SPP it is compulsory.

So What need to show at the time of Visa if I don't take GIC...simply 10k $...I suppose..it's a preferred and better option if I take GIC..

BTW What is the deadline date to buy GIC for Sep 13 Intake
