I hoped to have 25 draws for this year so I can stand a chance for December draw. My WES will take time as my documents reached to them on Friday and I'm not sure how much time they take

Is getting PCC in advance advisable or after receiving invitation as I just called Indian Embassy and they told me it will take around 6 weeks to get PCC?

Thanks,
Vinesh

That goes without saying. What in life is genius?
when someone goes and says "they will have", you're implying thats a definitive. Its not definite that there'll be 5 more draws. So unless you can back it up, don't give definitive answers. simples.

And in life, death and taxes are guaranteed. :p

There is no harm in getting the PCC in advance however it is valid only for a period of 6 months.

depends on what you expect your points to be? If you think they'll be high enough that you won't be in the pool long, thenI don't see the harm in applying now. If you think you may be lower, then it might be better to wait until the points get close to your range? Up to you, whatever you think is best.

With WES results (hope to get 3 years bachelor equivalency), I stand at 473 points calculating everything. So I can expect to have my name in next 3 draws.

This is my profile.
Indian education - 3 years bachelors
Canada education - 2 programs (one year each)
Indian experience - 2 years
Canada experience - 1 year full time
IELTS - Overall 7.5 (R 7.5, W 7.0, S 7.0 and L 8.5)
Age - 27 years
Work permit expiring in July 17

Thanks,
Vinesh
