How many months do i need to stay outside canada after my visa release.

Please i need your help.my visa stamp on 17/10/2012 and it will expire 30/11/2014
My employer in kuwait they will allow me to travel after 6 months.but my employer in canada will accept that i can go after 6 months.
My question is there are any problem in immigration when i reach there why i did not come early after the stamp of my visa.

as you visa is still valid there is problem for the immigration

My visa are still valid it was release last year nov.and it will expire october 2014 next year.
