How many months before course I can enter canada

I’m planning to enter Canada three months before my masters course starts. Is it fine to do that or will it raise concern among the border agency? Please let me know your thoughts or experience. Thanks.

It will be up to CBSA. Generally the guidance is to come to Canada only 30 days ahead. However there are people who are successful entering earlier. Make sure you have enough funds to live in Canada without working for those three months and can show evidence of these funds to CBSA if asked.
