have you done your researches to see if your previous course is related to you intended course because in my opinion I don't think they similarly relates
if you have a work experience or employed, you can try to relate it to it in SOP looking and explaining how the similarly relates and how its going to help you in future, make sure you put in a convincing explanations to relate it to your work experience if it doesn't match your previous course
if you run your father's company then you can get an employment and a study leave letter to show as evidence of your home ties and as a reason for coming back. Also, if you're in the some position to manage the company after him, you can get a handover letter to show you will be running the company upon your return
If you have your own line of investment, show documents proof and state a reason that connects tour coming back to it
FYI: your previous course and intended course has nothing to do with business even if it seemly kind of have a close knot or likely seem to be related but in a real sense, its not
so when writing your SOP, be wise and more vigilant in connecting your points in line of business, security, and care given course(HRM)
The VO are smart so try to act smart too
