i want to do this course HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (co-op).
but before taking admission in any college i want to know, are their enough jobs in canada for this field ?
can i get a job in this field after completing my course in 2016 august ?

The short answer is that there is never a guarantee you will get a job in your field after completing your course. You should assume there are more people looking for jobs than jobs available.
