Ideally you should create only one profile. You can then go on to list all the job experience that would give you points under your specific stream (FSW, CEC..)

Also, an agent told me, Though I worked fulltime while I was studying, that experience is not counted as full time experience. Is that true ?

It won't add any CRS points if it was during full time studies in Canada.

If it was outside out Canada it will count.

I am not in Canada. I am in the U.S and I have completed MBA here in the U.S and Bachelors in India. So I assume all the experience will count right ?
