After sending the mail to bank for gic refunding ...then after that they send directly money into our account ..or they send any mail about some verification ?..plz reply

Hi, I wanted to know whether the bank will refund the GIC if I decide to withdraw from the course prior to starting the course or arriving to canada? Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
