After getting AOR I mean

And is there any chance ecas doesnt get activated at all till application gets in process?

it is random. Sometimes it takes a day or two. In my case, it took a day. (Note: Most people report ecas being updated on Tuesdays, thus, you may find it active the following Tuesday after receiving your AOR).

I haven't seen such scenario reported by anyone in this forum however who knows.
ECAS is not reliable. I have passed my test and its still showing transferred to my local office. No updates regarding the test or oath.
Don't rely on ecas fully. Check your physical mailbox too

My ecas has not been activated yet. It's been more than a month since I received my email AOR.

You may want to call the call centre. A month is a long time.

Also check that you are using the correct ID to check eCAS, that might be an issue

I've tried all possible IDs.

I can call CIC, if I want to, but I don't think eCAS activation is critical. Also, I get this message that one of the possible reasons for eCAS not being activated is that the application may not be in process, even though it has been received. I have the AOR email, which means my application is complete and a file / record has been created. So the next correspondence from CIC will be a snail mail, and I just have to wait for it patiently.
