Guys i hav starting date sep2on offer letter lambton college business management after sometime i found that i can go to college upto 8 th there wont be a problem
And i need make a transfer from sarnia to toronto like campus to campus same college any sigeestions like procedure or any last last date?????

You can arrive now if you have a valid SP and TRV. No need to wait until classes are started.
