How many days a biometric instruction letter arrive after online application?Im from the philippines

How many days does it normally take for biometric instruction letter to arrive after online application for visit visa. It was my travel agency who submitted the application since they are the partner agency of the seminar i will be attending in vancouver. It's been 10 days since they submitted it online & no letter arrived yet.

Usually 2-3 days. 10 days is too long. Ask your travel agency.

I called the agency this morning & they said that that is how it normally happens, but my sister who is in vancouver said it's not. From other threads i read that they get it 24-48hrs, why i haven't.

I already paid them the full amount of the tour package i availed, including the visa fee & the travel tax. im bringing my 8 yr old daughter with me. Can i ask them to send me the timeline in canadian embassy webpage, they are the one who created GCKEY account for us.

Since you used a travel agency, you have no choice but to ask them about your application. You're at their mercy. As you said, they're the one who created your account.

Ask them to send you the screenshot of your status details.

Yes the timeline i was talking about is the chronological sequence of events on my on the gckey account, so i will know when did they really submitted it if they already did from the day they said they did. You're right they should take a screenshot so i can see the development.
