Is there any reason your file has to be transferred from Ottawa to Montreal and not attend Oath in Ottawa?

Also no one in this forum will be able to give you a timeline as it is not a standard process. One thing with CIC is if you request anything out of the ordinary from them then it is difficult to ascertain any timeline to it. Even in routine procedures every case has its own timeline in between each step.
