If you wish Parkland College in Saskatchewan province has got March 2015 intake for one Business program. 
My friend has got offer letter for the same.
I believe you would need to reach out to their official email address.
Saskatchewan is far better option compared to Ontario.

i applied on 30th oct but dint got any response. in between i got a call from embassy in which they asked me to email SP questionnaire which i did but i dint get any response. after sending multiple enquires i got reply to my enquiry on 2nd jan the day which my classes strted and they said they did not get that form till date and now they want a deferred offer letter from university and the document which they asked before after which they will start processing.!
