How long you do you wait refusal notes?

NDVO Rejected Visa/PR application at interview. she said 'We'll get a notice in the email' still waiting Refusal Letter. How long does it take to get one? it's being more than 2 months and when I check online Application still in progress?

New information that came up at the interview caused your PR application to be refused? It must have been information that was considered negative?

I'm not 100% on what's on the go as if the immigration Officer said it's been rejected they should have notified you already. I would call the IRCC Call Centre and ask them to provide you with an update. Tell them that you had a interview and it was rejected but your online account still says it's in process 2 months after.

I suggest you order the gcms notes as well. They will have the interviews questions and answers in them. You really need to contact CIC as you only have 30 days from the date of a denial notification to appeal the decision.
