How long would it take?

For an international student who has graduated from university, obtained a job, applied and received the post-graduation work permit, and worked a year, and then applies for PR (from buffalo office), how long would it roughly take to get the PR? Could I possibly get it within a year, as I have heard that international students with job offers are fast-tracked? Or will this by affected by the new immigration rules that favour those in high-demand occupations? (I am not sure if I would fall in a high-demand occupation as I am majoring in sociology and minoring in psychology).
Any inputs would be appreciated. Thank you.

30% of the cases in 16 months

50% of the cases in 19 months

70% of the cases in 22 months

80% of the cases in 25 months

I've got that from the old canadian website at Mexico under the section of "how long will it take to process my case", permanent resident, skilled worker, Buffalo.

Hope this helps
