How long would it take for them to send me the invitation?

Does anybody know how long would I have to wait to receive an invitation from them after applying to get in to the pool?

If you have as many or more points that is specified in the draw on the date of the draw, then typically you will get the invitation the same day and most likely within 24 hours of the draw.

Thanks for replying. I just want to know when is the next draw. So for instance, if I submit my application now, how long should I wait for the next draw(May2017)
Is there any where that indicates when are the dates for future draws?

Nobody knows the draw dates, it is all speculation.

My work permit expires in 2 months. If I apply now, for the 415 draw, you're saying I will have to wait till they announce the next one right? Is it possible to take more than a month?

There will almost certainly be a draw within the next 2 months. Typically, draws occur every 2 weeks on the Wednesday, but draws have occurred on other days of the week as well. Recently there have been draws every week and in the past some draws have occurred every 3 weeks.

Job bank registration is the one that usually halts things. Does it show as active and not pending?

So you would not get an invitation as you had 468, which was the cut-off. As per the draw, the tie breaking rule was June 4. Only those with 468 who submitted before June 4 were selected.
