How long will it take to receive acceptance letter from conestoga college?

They do mention that meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, so if they receive higher number of applications than seats available, they will mostly reject some or defer to next intake maybe, if the student is ok with it.

Hi guys, I have applied to Conestoga College on 1st February 2021 for the September Intake. Still haven't heard anything from the college.
 
Applied on 18th Feb for May 2021 using ontariocolleges
Received offer on 22 Feb
Applied for deferral to Sept 2021 on 31 March
Got the new offer again within a week
From what I noticed they issue offer within a week, but take forever to respond to email queries
Another thing is that they don't ask for backlog certificate while applying.
