How long will it take to receive acceptance letter from conestoga college?

Atleast not before the 1st half of June, if you applied for September intake then i think you're too late bud, because even if you get your LOA before 18th June (2 months after you applied coz this college takes way too long) and apply for visa by July 1st week after paying the entire fees and GIC and completing the medical, it might take upto 2 months more to get the Visa in your hand.
