How long will it take to get PPR/COPR after Final Review?

Hi All,

I’m EE FSW Outland applicant and due to medical issues, it has been 14 months since I submitted our application. Medicals are now passed and I phoned the Ottawa helpdesk ten days ago to be told that my file was complete and the final review of my file was scheduled to take place on Friday 14th Sept.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get PPR after final review of file is complete? I know it’s only been 10 days but now we’re so close to the end, I’m desperate to get the PPR and COPR. Grateful if anyone could shed some light on this for me. Thanks!

Two things :

1)If you paid RPRF already , then you need to wait patiently for PPR request .
2) if not paid RPRF , you will get an email stating that we are finalizing the application and pay the RPRF fee,once it is done and have u hv to wait for PPR request ( for us , we waited for 1 month ( RPRF email to PPR request))

Once PPR request come and once you submit ur passport , within two weeks u get the passport back with visa stamping ( according my experience for NDVO).

RPRF was paid at beginning of application. Already waiting patiently, but after 14 months and being so close, it’s hard to maintain - LOL!

Am from visa exempt country so won’t need to send passport itself, but copies of the relevant pages. However, they already have all the passport info as part of the application so hoping they won’t need it again and they can just send COPR (wishful thinking, I know)...

can you please tell me how long it took to receive the PPR since final review for you? we are also at the same situation and since 9th January 2019 our file is in the queue for the final review. would be grateful if you reply. it's been almost 10 months that we are waiting since AOR

We got our ppr 9th Oct so hopefully yours will come through soon. It was 15 months since AOR for us.

How about you, Frank? How long was your wait till Approved application and PPR?
