How long will it take to get final approval after my medicals checks out

My lawyer submitted my application (ICT work permit - GSS - LMIA Exempt) on Nov4th, 2021 and my medicals passed in Feb 14th, 2022. How long should I wait for the final approval?

Here is my timeline

Application submitted along with medicals - Nov 4, 2021
AOR - Nov 5th, 2021
Biometrics - Dec 20, 2021
Medicals approved or passed - Feb 14, 2022

It's been 10 weeks since I submitted my biometrics and 2 weeks since my medicals passed. How long will it take still ?
