How long will it take to get an ITA? Based on past history.

Firstly, it was sign of relief after getting the recent announcement

I would like seek some opinion here :

My CRS score is 463, as CEC EE draws are being resumed early July - How long could it take to get an invitation? Trying to do a math.

My work permit expires on Dec 2023. Aiming for Ee for short processing time

It's hard to say. As of now, we don't know if there will just be general draws or if IRCC will conduct CEC specific draws. It's not clear from the announcement if draws will be general or if there will be CEC specific draws.

Can you increase your score at all? If so, I would do that.

My score will increase with two years of work experience to around 474, and the other way would be to re-write celpip. Based on the distribution, it would take six months for an invitation. What difference does it make if its an all program draws? Points remains the same right

All program / general draw means that CEC applicants and FSW applications are all competing against each other. It would push up the cut off score and keep it higher for longer.

No, cut off points would not remain the same. They would be higher with an all program draw.

You should re-take CELPIP or IELTS and try to push your score above 480. The higher the better. Don't assume an invitation is guaranteed within six months. Lots of people here have made that mistake and the future turned out different than expected.

It'll be easier to wait until the first draw actually happens and see whatever cutoff they use to try and work out a rough timeline for your own invite. It'll give you a better idea of how future draws will go rather then trying to guess now.

It heavily depends on if it's a combined draw or program specific. If it is indeed a CEC specific draw then I believe even 450 could be enough. FSW candidates are the ones with very high scores usually.
