Hi,

I am a Engineer working in US with Masters from a reputed US university. Recent headwinds in US immigration has forced me to think for a Canadian PR. My household income in US is more than 200,000$ annually. Me and my partner both work in reputed technology firms as full time engineers with experience of more than 5 years.

Seems you're a skilled professional with very good English proficiency.
(EDIT: You need first to secure a job in Canada. -- no such need)
Then check your CRS score is enough.
I would guess 3-6 months if you qualify for Federal Skilled Worker program.

80% of the Express Entry PR applications are processed within 6months. The remaining 20% can exceed a year. Depends on your nationality, travel history and other factors.
If you have masters degree, good English, 3yrs of employment and under 40 then you can easily apply as a FSW and you don't need a job offer to do so.
