How long will application take to process for PR under

I am living newfoundland and Labrador, I apply permanent residence that is on process and my work permit is finished in December so I apply work permit in November so what can I do right now I can stay in Canada how long, I have Italian citizen.

I need advise please..!!

If you applied for an extension to your work permit in November, or for a new work permit, then I believe you would be on implied status until a decision was reached, meaning you can continue to work until they either refuse or accept the application.

Although if you are on an open work permit, at least in the case of IEC, you can't extend it.
