From what I have observed in this forum (and this is purely my personal observation), applicants can, "usually", expect to receive it ~7 months , at the latest, from the date their apps are received at CIO.

There's no call. You will get an email or receive the letter in your mailbox.

The average is 5-7 months, however you should find the thread for applicants of the same month or close months as you and see how long it took for them.
