How long to get ITA ?

I just applied my EE express entry profile today 26 July 2017.
My CRS is 430. In light of the low minimum scores in 2017, if the next draw or two are below 430, will I receive an ITA or is there priority for people who applied before me?

How long did it take you in general to get ITA?

you get the invite if it is below 430, you might get it if it is 430
