How long to get a fee refund

I applied for a visitor visa and got it granted. The thing is that I overpaid. So I requested to refund what I overpaid.
Does anyone know how long to get a fee refund in my case?

Its been 4 months now and I am yet to get a refund, dont know what to do....

it seems that it only takes us 1 sec to pay, and years to get refund. looks like a trap
