How long time is normally allowed for additional information

Hi dear
TodayI checked my e case status. It shows "Visa office eligibility review completed-A letter with additional information mailed to you". In this case, how much time can I get for submitting the additional information? My visa office in Singapore.
Please share your experience.

I am not entirely sure, but this status after document submission at VO normally means rejection. I hope I am wrong Buddy, but be prepared.
Else, the status from 'Recvd. by Visa Office" would change to "In Process".

Wait & see what the letter says.
If they ask for additional documents, the time given is usually 30 Days.

Visa office Eligibility Review Complete is a danger mark only as far as London Visa office is concerned. If it is Delhi visa office it is a positive sign. All visa office functions differently as u can understand by each Visa office specific docs request.
Anyway the guy got a message that additional info is mailed to him . So it could be some docs request. If it was decision made he would have got the rejection letter.
