Has anyone wrote an Email to IRCC asking the status post the second email for PR confirmation portal?

I did... but it didn't work.
1st mail: Aug 4
2nd mail: Aug 26
... still waiting for it. I hope in 1 month all should be done. This VO seems to work randomly.

VO : Montreal
Portal 1 : July, 26
Portal 2 : September 05 (41 days)
Ecopr : September 15 ( 10 days)
Pr card : waiting.
