How long takes after RPRF request from CHC New Delhi -india?

I am sponsoring my wife CHC NEW DELHI-INDIA office, on April 9th I was asked to pay RPRF ...
I was wondering what is the next step for us and how long it may takes...?

Can you be more specific? I guess you already submitted your passport because they ask to pay landing fee with passport request.
Can you also post your time line here?
