45-90 days.. If they find difficulty in charging your DD or CC then sometimes it takes little longer than normal. If you send you app through reliable courier and they assure that you application received there then stay cool.

My application in Sidney already 3 month.I have only Immigration file number but my CC have not been charged.

Hello All,

I just want to know that I have applied my Documents to Canada NV Scotia on 25th Feb and I checked from the courier that It has already reached and signed on 4th March, 2010. It's already been 3 months..So i would like to know how long should i have to wait for getting case filenumber from CANADA? Do I need to inquiry to Canada NV Scotia for knowing the status of my case?
Could you please provide me a easy way out of this case?

Hi Saida,
Sorry to hear abt your rejection.

In one of the posts in other topics of the forum someone has given the sample of the rejection letter where in it says that there are multiple ways of immigrating to canada and you can explore the other options (not these exact words though). This means that you can reapply. Also if the rejection reason is related to your job duties then you can see how you can elaborate on the job duties that make you best fit in the NOC category under which you have applied.
