It should be as long as it needs to be. They're not going to do a word count. You need to be concise, eloquent and avoid redundancy (no blabbering)

Click to expand... no there is no such limits but keeping it short and on-point will be appreciated by VO, since they have a lot of files to look into. My personal recommendation is 2-3 pages covering all points and keeping the time for reading about 2-5 mins.
