Hi,

I'm hoping to get a different kind of job as soon as I get my PNP nomination from BC.

It is going to be different NOC codes under the same level (A).

- Would that be okay once I get nominated?

I'm not sure how it works after I get the nomination.
My PNP application is going to be SI instead of EEBC because I do not have 1 year of experience right now (I'm not qualified for EE).
- How long would it take to get BC PNP nomination with SI (paper-based)?

Once I get the nomination, should I apply for EE? I'll have 1 year of exp by then.

The EE requirement says I can change to different NOC code jobs under the same level once.

is that correct?

- Or is it likely that I have to work under the same NOC code and the same employer until I secure my PR?

Thank you, I would appreciate your answers.

Your provincial nomination is tied to your employer. It is possible to change employers, but this must be reported to and approved by BCPNP or they may cancel your nomination.
A paper-based PNP PR application can take up to 2 years (according to the IRCC posted processing times).

Is it going to be the same for Tech pilot program too? it's under the skilled immigration.
Also, could it be better if I wait until I have 1 year exp and apply through EEBC program?
How much faster it could be?

Thank you.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm going to be applying for the skilled immigration - Tech pilot stream, which does not require experience.
No, tech pilot is not a different stream. it's a prioritize process for certain tech job. it has same requirement like normal SI. I'm a tech pilot nominee and there's no tech pilot on my nomination letter
