I have applied through FSWP in 2014 got it in june 2015. The visa is valid till February 20 2016, I am planning to land on feb10 2016. Will i facing any issues since I am cutting it close?

You can land until February 20th. The only issue I supposed you could face is if you get sick, cannot travel on the 10th and cannot reschedule your travel to arrive in Canada by the 20th. In that case your PR visa would become worthless and you would have to start the application process again from scratch. There are no extensions granted for any reason.
